Burpees are perfect for the 1st workout. Everyone can do them, no scaling.

Okay okay for the purpose of the Open, burpees makes sense. Dosent mean I have to pretend to like it. As a matter of fact if I didn't say WTF to over 95% of the WODs it would make it no fun.

I had a feeling the first WOD would be something simple to video and submit. With only 3 days to complete the WOD, they had to make it one where everyone would be able to participate in. Makes sense to me!
